George Jia is DTCC’s Country Manager in the Greater China region.   In his current role, George is responsible for managing DTCC’s business in the Greater China region, with a focus on Sales and Relationship Management. In addition, George also plays a key role in Industry Relations – handling the company’s relationships and initiatives with industry associations and market infrastructures in the region, which includes China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. He has been with the company since April 2009.

George came to Omgeo (fully acquired by DTCC in 2013), from Thomson Reuters, where he headed the China Expert Network business unit, focusing on providing primary research to the hedge funds industry.
