Alan Jones is responsible for Business Development across Asia Pacific at SmartStream and works with financial institutions in the region to improve their operational efficiency. Alan has been with the company for 17 years and, prior to moving to APAC, was the Product Manager for the SmartStream’s TLM Corporate Actions solution. Alan has more than 25 years’ industry experience within the financial services industry. Before joining SmartStream, he managed the Corporate Actions, Income Processing and Tax Departments for American Express Private Investment Bank. Whilst at American Express, Alan managed several significant projects dealing with the inception of new tax rules, implementation of new systems, procedures and business transformation initiatives.
