Antony leads Herbert Smith Freehills’ global business & human rights practice and is a member of the firm’s ESG Leadership Team. He specialises in public international law and complex cross-border dispute resolution with over 14 years’ experience advising governments and private sector clients in relation to human rights due diligence, crisis management, policy and compliance, State and diplomatic immunity, trade law, sanctions and embargoes, recognition of States and governments and international economic law.

Antony is admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria (Australia), and as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales and the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Antony is ranked in Chambers Global for Business and Human Rights Law and is described as “leading expert on human rights and business, well versed across the full spectrum of issues including legal, political, international and commercial perspectives.”
