Chris Faint is the Head of the Climate Hub Division at the Bank of England.

Chris is responsible for developing and implementing the Bank’s strategic approach to climate change across all policy operations.  He has been particularly focused on the PRA’s supervisory approach to addressing the financial risks arising from climate change. He also focused on the development of climate scenario and has developed frameworks to better understand how climate change impacts financial stability as well as the Bank’s climate scenario analysis exercise (the CBES).
