As Chief Commercial Officer for Asia Pacific at Euroclear, Elodie Norman leads the region’s commercial strategy, overseeing sales, client relationships, and business development across securities settlement, asset servicing, collateral management, and Euroclear’s funds platform. Elodie is responsible for
expanding Euroclear’s market presence and deepening partnerships with institutional clients, ensuring the company’s solutions remain at the forefront of financial market infrastructure and support the dynamic growth of crossborder investment flows in Asia Pacific.

With a strong track record in commercial leadership, Elodie is known for her expertise in translating market insights into innovative solutions that drive client success across the APAC complex financial ecosystem. She is passionate about cultivating diverse, high performing teams and creating collaborative cultures that prioritise client outcomes, operational agility, and sustainable
growth.

Prior to joining Euroclear in June 2025, Elodie was the Global Co-Head of Institutional Client Group and Public Sector at HSBC. Elodie spent the last 17 years in senior leadership roles across Asia, focusing on sales and relationship management for financial institutions. Earlier in her career, she was based in
New York in global market sales roles covering clients in Canada and Latin America.

Elodie is a committed advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, actively promoting inclusive leadership within the financial sector. She holds a Master’s in Management from ESCP Europe, with studies across Oxford, Madrid, and Paris, and an MSc in Management from City University in London.
