Frankie Tam

International Technology Lawyer

Frankie is an international technology lawyer at DLA Piper. She is qualified in Hong Kong, New York, and England & Wales. Her practice covers a wide array of commercial and tech-related matters, including significant technology outsourcing transactions, regtech, e-commerce and blockchain services agreements and data privacy matters.

Frankie is a member of the Vetting Committee of the Hong Kong Innovation and Technology Commission’s General Support Programme. She is also a co-founder and Vice President of the Hong Kong Internet Finance Association, and on the Core Committee for e-Payments of the Fintech Association of Hong Kong.

Frankie is also a lecturer on Fintech programmes for Hong Kong University School of Professional and Continuing Education and various other postgraduate degrees at tertiary institutions. She regularly speaks at industry conferences.
