Mr. Ge Deng is the CEO of Guosen Securities.  Prior to joining Guosen Securities, Mr. Deng was the Deputy Director of the Public Company Supervision Division of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.  Before that, Mr. Deng held multiple positions at the Policy and Regulation Division, Merger and Acquisition Reorganization Committee within the CSRC.  During his tenure at the CSRC, Mr. Deng also served as one of the CSRC spokespersons.

Prior to joining the CSRC, Mr. Deng worked for the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council and he was also a member of the Sino – British Joint Liaison Group.
