Geoff Siebengartner

J.P. Morgan
Geoff Siebengartner is head of Government Relations and Corporate
Responsibility in Asia Pacific for J.P. Morgan and manages functions
including government relations, regulatory affairs, sustainability, and
philanthropy. He joined the firm in Hong Kong in 2022.
He served concurrently for two years as Chairman of the
American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, one of the
largest and most dynamic international business organizations in
the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to his current role, Geoff was head of government and
regulatory affairs for FedEx in Asia Pacific for five years. He also
served as a U.S. diplomat for 14 years, advancing economic and
trade policy priorities and advocating on behalf of American
companies in foreign markets. His assignments included Beijing,
Shanghai, Taipei, Manila, and Washington, DC. Prior to his
government service, Geoff worked in e-commerce and investment
banking.
Geoff holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from
Emory University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management
and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He lives in
Hong Kong with his family.
