Mr. You is serving as Managing Director of International Business Development Department of China Financial Futures Exchange (CFFEX). He is a seasoned expert and has rich experience in financial derivatives. Mr. You has been working with the Exchange for over a decade, and played leading roles in multiple departments of the organization, including Equity Index Derivatives Department, FX Derivatives Department, Executive Office and RegTech Department. Mr. You is also the Chief Representative of CFFEX in Pakistan Stock Exchange. He holds a Master of Finance from the University of Chicago.
