Jun Qian is Head of Private Equity China at Schroders Capital, the private market investment division of Schroders Group plc, the global asset manager. Schroders Capital offers investors a local approach to investing across a diversified range of private asset strategies, supported by a global perspective and the long-established Schroders business. Jun leads an on-the-ground investment team that is responsible for all investments across China.

Prior to joining Schroder Capital in 2015, Jun was a Director at Capital Dynamics China and before that he was a Partner at Diligence Capital. He was previously a Project Manager in the Competence Centre Investor Support at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, and earlier in his career served in different capacities at KPMG Advisory in Berlin, Frankfurt, and Beijing.

Jun holds a Master of Economics & Management Science from Humboldt-University of Berlin and a double Bachelor of Science & Technology Foreign Affairs and Environmental Engineering from Shanghai University.
