Kangjun, is now conducting Delivery versus Payment system reform of China’s securities market, basic settlement rules refinement, derivative settlement system optimization, connectivity scheme and cross-broader business expansion. He served previously as the head of Risk Management Department and Bond Business Department of Shanghai Branch, and has accumulated rich experience and knowledge in basic settlement system research, risk management, product and system innovation of the stock exchanges as well as bond market development.

Kangjun received his Master of Economics from Zhejiang University.
