Michele Hillery serves as Managing Director, Head of Repository & Derivatives Services, where she is responsible for the strategy, development and daily operations of DTCC’s multi-award-winning Global Trade Repository (GTR) service, Trade Information Warehouse (TIW) and Trade Reporting Analytics. She is also a member of DTCC’s Investment and Management Committee. Before this role, Michele served as Head of NSCC’s Equity Clearing and DTC’s Settlement Service, overseeing strategy and day-to-day operations. Michele has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, having held past roles within Product Management, Quality Assurance and Operations. Prior to joining DTCC’s Equity Clearing Product Management in 2013, Michele led FICC’s Mortgage-Backed Securities Division (MBSD) where she managed business operations and project development. An active member of the industry, Michele often speaks at key conferences and events on topics that are shaping financial markets. Michele earned a BBS from University of Limerick, Ireland and a MS from New York University.
