Natalie Swallow is Executive Director and the Asia Head of Tech & Data Legal at Morgan Stanley based in Hong Kong. She leads regional legal coverage on all cross-divisional technology, outsourcing, data, cybersecurity and intellectual property matters. Natalie joined Morgan Stanley in 2014 from British Telecom Hong Kong where she acted for five years as Head of Legal North Asia.

Natalie originally trained and qualified as a Technology Media & Telecommunications lawyer with Barlow Lyde & Gilbert in London, before relocating to Hong Kong in 2009.

Natalie is a passionate diversity & inclusion advocate and currently co-chairs the Morgan Stanley Hong Kong Women’s Business Alliance.
