Paul Hedley joined HSBC James Capel in Hong Kong in 1994 as Legal and Compliance Adviser and has held a variety of compliance roles across the trading, sales, financing and wholesale businesses in Asia since then.

He was the chair of the ASIFMA Compliance Committee from 2015 to 2017.

Paul has a law degree from the London School of Economics in 1987 and was called to the Bar in 1990 at Grays Inn.
