Ramez joined HSBC Dubai’s Investment Banking team in 2011, currently working as Director covering ECM in KSA and has managed a number of high-profile transactions in the region. He has over 12 years of investment banking experience in the Middle East region and has been involved in over 20 ECM transactions, raising a cumulative USD60bn+ of capital for blue chip clients including Aramco, PIF, Al Nahdi, Solutions by STC, Americana Restaurants, all ADNOC listed entities, DEWA and Salik, among others.
