Ms. Pan specializes in M&A transactions and ESG/green finance. She has been advising investors and financial institutions on green finance and carbon markets for years, including ESG related compliance, green investments, and carbon trading. Ms. Pan also has 20 years of experience assisting clients in M&A transactions, in particular in the energy and green energy sector.

Recently, Ms. Pan represented Saudi Aramco in its strategic investments in two significant Chinese petrochemical companies. She advised other clients in their investments and operations, include international clients such as BP, Solvay, Mercedes-Benz, Panasonic, Nestle, Warburg Pincus, Primavera, PTT, Morgan Stanley, BlackRock, Franklin Templeton, as well as domestic clients such as Haier Group, Ant Financials, Byte Dance, and PRC sovereign funds and leading SOEs.
