Stuart Jones is Chairman of PASLA and a Managing Director and Head of Asia Securities Finance at Jefferies Hong Kong. Stuart is also chair of the equities committee at ASIFMA. After graduating from university he spent almost 18 years at Morgan Stanley and has been in Asia for 12 years. He moved from London to Hong Kong in 2007, to Tokyo in 2010 for 2 years and then moved back to Hong Kong to run the Asia Pacific securities lending business, spanning 4 offices. He has been back in Hong Kong since 2012 and in 2018 he moved to Jefferies to run all their Asia financing businesses, including delta 1.
