Tony is a deputy director in charge of Basel and International Banking at Banking Research and Regulation Department – Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (Indonesian Financial Service Authority). Prior joining Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, he worked at Bank Indonesia in the banking regulation and supervision areas. He earned doctor of philosophy from Griffith University (Australia), master of law from Boston University (USA), bachelor of law and bachelor of accounting from University of Indonesia (Indonesia).
