Mr. Vu Chi Dzung is the Director General of the Legal and International Affairs Department of the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSCV).

He has joined the SSCV since the first days of its establishment. For over 20 years, he has devoted himself to integrating the Vietnamese capital market in line with international best practices and standards for the cause of market development. Corporate governance and sustainable finance are two critical areas in which the SSCV has benefited from his knowledge and expertise.

As an active member of the ASEAN Capital Market Forum (ACMF), he has been involved in many of ACMF’s initiatives to develop a sustainable and connected regional capital market. He is currently a member of the ASEAN Taxonomy Board (ATB) which is set up under the auspices of the ASEAN Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors’ Meeting (AFMGM) to develop, maintain and promote a multi-tiered ASEAN Taxonomy for Sustainable Finance (ASEAN Taxonomy).
