Yvonne Tsui is General Counsel for Citadel Asia. Prior to joining Citadel in 2019, she spent nine years at BlackRock as Head of Legal for Asia ex Japan, based in Hong Kong. Before that, Yvonne was in-house counsel at JPMorgan Asset Management and Morgan Stanley Investment Management in Hong Kong and London respectively.

Yvonne began her career as a solicitor in the Financial Markets Group at Simmons & Simmons. She is a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong and sits on the Committee on the Promotion of Racial Harmony of the Hong Kong Special Administration Region.
