Jia is head of Core Engineering Data Platforms and co-head of Core Engineering in Goldman Sachs Asia Pacific. She is also global co-head of Data Science and Machine Learning Platform in Goldman Sachs.

Jia earned a BS in Engineering and Applied Science from the California Institute of Technology and a PhD in Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego.
