U-Zyn Chua is the Co-Founder and CTO of Cake DeFi. Before that, U-Zyn was the Co-Founder of DeFiChain, which has since gone on to become a fully decentralized blockchain project with on-chain governance, dedicated to enabling fast, intelligent, and transparent decentralized financial services and applications.

Prior to that, he was a Smart Nation Fellow on blockchain for the Singapore Government. He even made global headlines as the Lead Architect of the world’s first Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) in the Bahamas.
