Isaku Matsumoto, based in Hong Kong since 2019, has more than 18 years’ experience at Tokyo Stock Exchange & Japan Exchange Group, and currently engages in market communications and developments for equity market. Prior to Hong Kong, he also had worked in Listing division and Derivatives division for product management, including launching of new products, drafting of listing & trading rules and communicating with investors, such as for ETFs, REITs, Futures & Options. He has held the current position since July 2022.

He holds a Bachelor of Economics and Political Science from Waseda University, an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology as well as a Master of Social Science from the University of Hong Kong.
