Trish joined IMC in 2005 as a graduate derivatives trader in Sydney, specialising in derivatives pricing before progressing to managing Securities Financing and Research. In 2007, she was appointed Head of Operations and became a Director of IMC, overseeing Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Middle Office, Facilities and Corporate Development. 

Her remit expanded in 2010 to include Corporate Development for the Asia Pacific region, and from 2013 to 2016 she served as Regional Head of Operations for Asia Pacific. In 2022, Trish also assumed responsibility as Head of Investments for Asia Pacific, extending her leadership across IMC’s strategic investment initiatives. 

In 2020, Trish joined the IMC Partnership, and as of 2025, she serves as Head of Strategic Initiatives and Corporate Affairs, leading stakeholder engagement, and long-term growth initiatives in the region.  

Over the past two decades, Trish has played a central role in IMC’s expansion across multiple asset classes and markets in Asia, as well as establishing and managing new offices across the Asia Pacific region.
