Theo Golden, CFA, is Head of Tokenized Product, International at Broadridge, where he leads the development and adoption of tokenized products across international markets.

He focuses on designing practical, compliant, and interoperable digital asset solutions for Broadridge’s global client base, spanning capital markets, funds, and tokenized assets. He also supports Corporate Development on digital asset M&A and strategic venture opportunities.

Before joining Broadridge, Theo was Head of Digital Assets at Baillie Gifford, where he built the firm’s digital asset capability and led the launch of the UK’s first fully native tokenized fund, Baillie Gifford Enhanced Yield. The fund was issued on Ethereum and Solana, with its on-chain register serving as the legal record of ownership.

Theo also brings direct buy-side experience as co-manager of Baillie Gifford’s Strategic Bond Fund and formerly as a multi-asset investment analyst. Earlier in his career, he worked in financial journalism at Business Insider, Bloomberg, and Acuris. Theo is based in London.
