Tom brings nearly two decades of experience in Asia’s financial services industry, across sales, trading, investments and portfolio advisory. Prior to his current role, Tom spent ten years at Blackrock, creating and leading various ETF functions including investment strategy, product strategy, capital markets, and portfolio construction.
