Mr. Tong is the Deputy Chief Executive of the Bank. He is currently responsible for the Bank’s corporate banking business, institutions business and Asia Pacific Banking business. Prior to joining ICBC (Asia) Ltd, Mr. Tong had worked for Barclays Bank Plc and Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd. Mr. Tong holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Brunel, United Kingdom. An associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Mr. Tong is also a graduate of the executiveprogramme at Le Centre Europeen d’Education Permanente (CEDEP) in Fontainebleau, France. Mr. Tong has over 30 years of corporate and commercial banking experience.
