Oliver joined Acuris as deputy editor Asia, Inframation in November 2015, covering news across power, environment and renewables, transport, telecoms and social infrastructure sectors.

Before that he worked for AsianInvestor and The Asset. He started his career at the Economist Intelligence Unit in Hong Kong in 1994 and holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Hong Kong.
