Purpose
Identifies regional issues that hamper the functioning of ECM business in the region and works toward addressing and mitigating them; engages with key market participants, such as exchanges and regulators, to correct or mitigate problems and improve the policy environment; when appropriate, develop standards of best practice for industry participants.
