Alex Qian is a Senior Vice President and Chief Executive Officer, responsible for developing and executing AB’s business strategy in China. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, he was a partner and chief representative at Wellington Management, responsible for the firm’s business in China. Prior to that, he was a high-yield research analyst at Invesco in Houston. Qian began his career as a project manager for the Ministry of Commerce in China. He holds a BA in international studies from the Foreign Affairs College in Beijing and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Qian is a CFA charterholder. 钱峰是联博集团高级副总裁、中国首席执行官，负责制订、执行联博在中国的业务战略。他于2018年加入联博，此前在威灵顿管理任合伙人兼驻北京首席代表，负责公司的中国业务。之前钱峰在美国休斯敦任景顺资产管理公司的美国高收益债券分析员。他最初在中国对外经济贸易部（现商务部）担任公务员。

钱峰本科毕业于中国外交学院，后获得美国宾夕法尼亚大学沃顿商学院工商管理硕士学位。他是特许金融分析师。目前工作地点在上海。
