Andrew Fong is Managing Director of IMC’s Hong Kong office, where he oversees the firm’s business across China and the broader Asia region.

With more than 30 years of industry experience, Andrew has held senior leadership roles at some of the world’s most prominent investment firms.

Prior to IMC, he served as President of Asia at Balyasny Asset Management and was a member of its Global Management Committee. Before that, he spent 15 years at Citadel, including over a decade as Chief Administrative Officer responsible for both the asset management business and Citadel Securities across Asia Pacific.

Andrew is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales and Hong Kong, and holds a law degree from King’s College, University of London.
