Anthony is the director of the Intermediaries Supervision Department. He is responsible for carrying out on-site inspections of firms for the purpose of identifying and managing risk and detecting misconduct. He is also responsible for policy formulation with a specific focus on the asset management industry and green finance initiative as well as sponsors, corporate finance advisors, bookbuilding and placing activities.

Before joining the SFC, Anthony worked in corporate finance and equity capital market teams of global investment banks. Anthony graduated from Carleton College with a B.A. in Economics. He also holds a JD/MBA double degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
