Services. Specialising in the intersection of capital market changes, regulatory reforms and
technology advances, his team contribute to his firm’s and client’s forward-looking capabilities, and
to respond to new opportunities and risks. The team’s technology focus includes Artificial
Intelligence, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency and blockchain/Distributed Ledger Technologies.
He holds a Master of Science in Computation (Artificial Intelligence) from the University of
Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UK), the Association of Chartered Certified
Accountancy (UK) professional qualification and a GIAC cybersecurity certificate. Boon is also a
mentor in Nanyang Technopreneurship Centre (Singapore).
