Cindy is the Managing Director and Business Head for Securities Services Hong Kong. She is responsible for the China Connect (or Mutual Market Access) business development and solution build-out, enabling institutional investors and financial institutions such as sovereign wealth funds, hedge funds, pensions, insurance, SFC/MPF, UCITS, 40Act funds globally to access China A-shares and China onshore bond market through Hong Kong’s platform. She actively contributes and influences key local market developments such as Stock Connect, Bond Connect, RQFII/QFII, Mutual Recognition of Funds between Mainland and Hong Kong, Offshore RMB market and Internationalization of RMB.
