Cyrus Mui is Head of Product Research at Vanguard Asia, responsible for developing and implementing product strategy in the region. With close to 15 years of experience in the asset management industry, he has strong expertise in ETFs, market structure and business strategy.

Before joining Vanguard in 2017, Cyrus worked at BlackRock for over eight years. In his latest position, he was a director at the iShares BlackRock COO and Strategy team, overseeing the development of China and Asia ex Japan ETF business strategy.

Cyrus earned a Bachelor of Economics & Finance degree, as well as a Master of Economics degree from the University of Hong Kong. He is also a chartered Financial Risk Manager (FRM®).
