Dafei has 20 years of experience in sustainable development. She has worked extensively in carbon finance, advisory in renewable energy, industrial energy efficiency, agriculture, manufacturing, waste management and water treatment.

Dafei joined CICC in 2021 and is responsible for climate finance in FICC. Prior to joining CICC, she worked at the International Finance Corporation and World Bank for 10 years focusing on decarbonization and green investment. She has been actively engaged in ESG policy dialogues in Asia and China. Dafei has a MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College, University of London.
