He is a highly experienced Technology, Cyber Security, and Operational risk executive, working across in multiple industry sectors for over 25 years, including over 20 years of experience in the Asia Pacific region. He has held leadership roles covering Technology Risk and Cyber Security, Fraud and Financial Crime, Intelligence, Business Continuity, and Operational Resilience.

David is a passionate leader who is actively involved in driving several industry committees and advisory panels. His focus in these groups is improving operational collaboration within the industry and through public-private partnerships to help organizations better protect their shareholders, clients, and customers from the risks of operational, technology, and cybersecurity failures.
