David Pang is Treasurer of MTR Corporation Limited (“MTR”), overseeing the corporate treasury function including financing, risk management and project financing for overseas projects. Before joining MTR, David was Senior Manager, Treasury of Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation. Prior to joining the treasury industry, he has spent over 10 years in the investment banking, covering project finance, cross-border leasing and loan syndication in Asia. David has also held senior M&A and finance positions in an infrastructure development company and an energy company. He has advised on a number of projects including toll roads, telecommunications projects, power plants, water treatment plants and rapid transit systems in Asia.

David graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is a CFA charterholder.
