Dr. Sisi Wu is a Researcher at the SZSE Research Institute. Her research focuses on capital market microstructure, particularly liquidity and volatility, as well as investor composition and retail investor behaviour in Shenzhen’s A-share market.

She has conducted in-depth studies in these areas, with a particular interest in the relationship between retail participationmarket liquidity, and market quality. Dr. Wu holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems and completed her doctoral training jointly at the University of Science and Technology of China and City University of Hong Kong.
