Eileen has over 20 years’ experience in financial services, the last 14 with AllianceBernstein where she joined the Sydney office eventually moving to Hong Kong in 2010. Eileen is responsible for both risk management and compliance across the APAC region including Australia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and Korea. The team works closely with senior management, control functions, investment professionals and trading desks in each of the jurisdictions where the firm has operations. Her remit covers all aspects of risk and compliance including investment and operational risk, regulatory compliance, AML, conflict management, policies and procedures, training and monitoring. Prior to AB, Eileen worked for Colonial First State Investments Limited and Perpetual Trustees Australia Limited.

Eileen has a Masters of Legal Studies and Bachelor of Commerce from University of NSW (Australia). She is a Certified Practising Accountant (Australia), an Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and an Associate of the Australasian Compliance Institute.
