Elizabeth Purcell is BNY Mellon’s Technology Counsel for the Asia Pacific region, based in Singapore.  She is the regional expert for data and data privacy matters, and also manages all legal aspects of Digital, cyber and IP initiatives.

Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Elizabeth was a technology lawyer at Latham & Watkins LLP based at various times in the London, Silicon Valley, Dubai and Singapore offices.  She also has experience at the European Patent Office in Munich.
