Eugène Goyne is EY’s financial services regulatory lead for Asia Pacific. Before joining EY he was deputy head of enforcement at the HK SFC where he led investigations and enforcement proceedings into listed company and securities and futures crimes and misconduct and legal and policy issues including the introduction of the HK resolution, and securities and futures laws. He has worked in Asia for 20 years working in government, regulators and private legal practice. His role at EY focuses on maintaining relations with Asia Pacific regulators, thought leadership, policy advocacy and compliance advice for clients.
