Grace is a Board Member and Board Liaison for ACCESS’ Regulatory Committee. ACCESS aims to foster an open and clear dialogue between Singapore cryptocurrency and blockchain businesses and larger society, including regulators.

Grace is a regulatory specialist in Simmons & Simmons JWS, and regularly advises a number of banks, digital asset exchanges, brokers, and other payments companies in relation to regulatory and fintech matters across Singapore and Hong Kong. A former in-house counsel at MAS, Grace is closely involved in regional regulatory reform initiatives and leads fintech initiatives in Singapore. Grace has worked with ASIFMA to draft best practices for the development of fintech and for digital asset exchanges, and is a member of the GDF AML Working Group.

Grace is a certified cybersecurity (GLEG), CIPP/A/E, CIPM professional, has received the Fellow of Information Privacy designation from IAPP, and is a member of the IAPP Women Leading Privacy Board.
