Jeremy is head of the financial services practice. He has over 20 years’ experience in the establishment of private funds as well as the authorisation of retail funds for sale to the public in Hong Kong.

Jeremy also advises across a wide spectrum of regulatory matters relevant to the asset management industry including establishment and licensing with the SFC, regulatory compliance and marketing of collective investment schemes.
