Mr. WANG Jianping is Director-General of Department Ⅱ of Market Supervision at the China Securities Regulatory Commission(CSRC). He is a senior expert in capital market supervision since he joined CSRC in 1992, and he has extensive experience in capital market policy-making, intermediary regulation, risk management and first-line supervision. He is now responsible for the supervision of private equity funds, OTC market, regional equity trading market, and standardization of various regional commodity trading platforms.

Mr. Wang earned his bachelor and master degree in macro economics from Peking University. He also holds an MBA degree from Business School of Nottingham University in the UK.
