Jibi Jacob heads the Equity Capital Markets, Investment Banking for Edelweiss. He is responsible for the origination, execution and syndication of capital market deals at Edelweiss. Jibi has steered a number of capital markets transactions including IPOs, QIPs, Pre-IPOs, Rights Issue, Takeovers, Delisting’s, Follow on Offerings and Private Placements. He has advised several leading corporates, promoters and private equity players on strategizing and executing various complex deals. Jibi has graduated from the Mumbai University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
