Judson Berkey is a Managing Director at UBS based in Zurich where he has worked since 2003 on global risk, regulatory and compliance topics. This includes building the first non-financial risk frameworks and capital models, designing recovery and resolution plans, implementing global derivatives and investor protection reforms and overseeing revisions of prudential regulatory regimes. He also has led global teams to manage UBS interactions with supervisors. He currently focuses on sustainable finance policy and regulatory topics. He graduated from Harvard Law School and holds degrees in mathematics, economics, and physics from the University of Virginia. He is on the board of Grassroots Business Fund and ECOFACT and chairs the Institute of International Finance Sustainable Finance Working Group and co-chairs the Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME) Sustainable Finance Working Group.
