Julia is the Global Head of Government and Industry Affairs for Sustainable Finance at Refinitiv. She is an advisor to the UN Secretary Generals Task Force of Digital Financing of the SDG’s and to the Asian Institute of Financial Law. Her recent book on how Finance, Technology and Law Reform can help achieve the UN SDG’s has received international recognition.

She has 20 years of Capital Markets experience in Investment Banking, Prime Brokerage, Post Trade transparency and Operational risk with UBS IB, RBS and AMP Capital Investors and is passionate about reorienting the financial system towards sustainable development.
