Kenrin has worked at the Bank of Japan and the Financial Services Agency (FSA) as a financial supervisor and policy maker on financial regulation.  He has represented the FSA at the Basel Committee’s Operational Resilience Group (ORG) since 2019, where he contributed to the development of the Operational Resilience Principles. He is also the team leader for the development of national legislation on the Basel 3 standardized measurement approach to operational risk.
