Leng Ng is Director, Capital Markets for the Asia Pacific region, in which role he supports Fidelity’s portfolio managers and research analysts on capital market transactions, as well as special situations, corporate finance, governance and proxy voting issues. As part of his role, he engages with issuers, regulators and stock exchanges to promote capital markets and governance best practices.

Leng has over 15 years experience on the buy-side. He joined Fidelity International in 2005 to start up the Portfolio Services function in Singapore, before relocating to Mumbai to head the Investment Services team. He joined the ECM team in 2010.

Leng holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from National University of Singapore and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
